A brand new hedgehog story – volume 6 of the successful series by Britta Teckentrup
The big hedgehog and the little hedgehog are celebrating Christmas. The little hedgehog can hardly wait to write his wish list and find and decorate the most beautiful Christmas tree. And – finally – in the evening, the presents can be unwrapped. But wait! For some of his friends, namely the grey squirrels, the raccoons and the nutria from America, only empty socks are hung by the fireplace on the evening of 24 December. Santa Claus fills these with presents during the night. And the unwrapping only begins on Christmas morning. But that doesn’t prove to be a problem at all: the little hedgehog can celebrate Christmas twice with his friends.
A book that makes it easy to talk about the high expectations a child can have before and during Christmas. And incidentally, the book shows that Christmas is celebrated almost everywhere, but often in slightly different ways.
