Little Mouse is tired and on its way home, but is afraid to pass through the dark forest with all its wild creatures.

After turning the page, the animal belonging to the particular eyes is discovered: a fox, a marten, an owl, a cat, a crow, two bats. And in the end, there are a good many pairs of twinkling eyes. And they belong to the big mouse family, that has been waiting for little mouse to find home.
