A trend is taking root – small balls. They are brimful of tasty ingredients, be it meat or fish, fruits or vegetables. They are prepared in next to no time and will perfect a gala buffet or a children’s birthday party just as any family meal. This book rounds up 70 recipes for tasty balls and 40 recipes for yummy side dishes such as salads, sauces and dips.
You will find meatballs from New York, Vietnamese rice balls, Thai fish balls, Swiss chocolate truffles, Italian tiramisu balls, small Austrian apricot dumplings, Mexican chilli balls, Lebanese falafel, Swedish köttbullar, Indian lentil balls, Chinese shrimp balls and much more. Over and above there are recipes for matching side dishes such as salads and sauces, vegetables and pastries.
